Location
Forest, forest, forest, lake, forest, lake… No matter how you get here you will probably start to question if you really are on the right way to the gourmet center of Scandinavia, as you literally are in the middle of nowhere surrounded by lots of pine trees and lakes. But do not despair because as strange as it might appear this is how you get to our inn.
The quickest way to get to the inn from the city is with floatplane, which can land on the nearest lake.
BY CAR
If you prefer to drive the ride is approximately 3 hours from central Stockholm, and about one hour from central Örebro. c/o Grythyttan Inn is located in the village of Grythyttan, 80 km north of Örebro.
From Stockholm, follow highway E18 or E20 for Örebro and exit road 50 for Falun. After 25 km, exit on road 244 for Grythyttan. Drive 45 km and you'll see signs for the Inn.
From Gothenburg, follow highway E20 for Oslo. In Laxå, turn left into road 205. Follow this road and you'll see signs for the Inn.
